Embodied Carbon AssessmentNet Zero Certification
A 59,000 m² Amazon fulfilment centre, constructed by Logistical Capital Partners in 2021. We assessed the building and reported following the UKGBC Net Zero Framework.
Partnering with Construction Carbon, who verified the modelling for Net Zero certification, 41,000 tonnes of CO₂ was offset with the Gold Standard.
