A 27,000 m² industrial development with commercial spaces — branded the most sustainable industrial buildings in London.
We completed WLC and Circular Economy submissions for the GLA, and Mat 01 and Man 02 reporting for BREEAM 2018 (SEGRO 2021).
We achieved incorporation of fly-ash within the concrete foundations and ground floor slab, and the use of built-up cladding systems, resulting in an 8% reduction in embodied CO₂ over the life cycle.
